Education qualification & Eligibility criteria
Bachelor's Degree In Engineering/ B Tech/ B.sc (Engineering)/ M.Tech with 5 year integrated with minimum 60% qualifying marks in above mention discipline from government recognized AICTE or UGC universities or Institutes or any government recognized Deemed Universities.
Candidates must have valid qualifying marks Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) 2018 or GATE 2019 or GATE 2020 for above mention engineering discipline except Industrial & safety.
For Industrial & safety candidates must have valid qualifying marks Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) 2018 or GATE 2019 or GATE 2020 in Mechanical or Chemical discipline.
Candidates who completed Masters in Technology (M.Tech) have minium qualifying marks is 60% in relevant discipline in which he/she applied for.
Applicants who are in last semester or in final year of engineering can apply but if candidate select then he/she have to provide last Degree certificate and percentage of marks(minimum 60%) on or before 30 November 2020.

For OBC there is 3 year relaxation and for SC/ST there is 5 years of relaxation.
Placement
Selected candidates are going to training period for first year. then after successfully completion of training the Executive Trainees (ETs) may be posted at DAE Establishment in anywhere in India or abroad depending on organization.
Some of Executive Trainees may be posted to R&D department, Design engineering, Quality Assurance, Procurement and many other departments.
Pay Scale & Allowance
Training Period
In training Period candidate have paid Monthly stipend of ₹55000/-, candidate can book allowance of about ₹18000/- for one time and mandatory Accommodation,lodging and Boarding will provide by NPCIL.
After Appointment as Scientific Officer/C
after successfully completion of training the Executive Trainees (ETs) will appoint as Scientific Officer/C. Then Pay level in pay metrics is LEVEL 10 and salary is about ₹56100/- Per month.
Selection Procedure
First candidates are select through Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) 2018 or GATE 2019 or GATE 2020 score and the ratio of selection is 1:12.
After shortlisted candidates will invited for Personal Interview.
