Education Qualification

Full time 4 year Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or B.Tech with minimum passing marks of about 65% for Unreserved(OR) and Other Backward Class(OBC) and 55% for SC/ST/PwBD from recognized government approved AICTE or UGC universities'

Candidate who are in Final Year in their engineering may also apply. In their cases they also should have required marks as above mention.

Selection Procedure

Candidate will select through Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) 2020 score For this recruitment. Then candidate will short list by GATE 2020 score for personal interview.

The GATE score valid only if qualifying marks or above as GATE-2020 fixed.

Compensation Package

After selection procedure selected candidate placed in pay scale about ₹40000/- to ₹140000/- for the first year training. After successfully complete of training candidate will be absorbed as Jr.Manager on E1 Grade pay scale of ₹60000/- to ₹180000/-.

Approximately CTC would be ₹10.52 Lakhs per annum for the first year during training period And after confirmation on E1 grade CTC would be ₹15.73 Lakhs per annum.

Job Location 

Selected candidate will undergo one year training period as per company policies at different locations of company.  For the one year training candidate may posted at any of the office or unit of NALCO in india or abroad or any other sub-location/joint venture or other business associates of NALCO.

Age Limit

Candidate should not cross 30 years as on 20/03/2020 as well as if candidate born date is before 20/30/1990 need nit to apply.

5 years age limit exempted for SC/ST
3 years age limit exempted for OBC(Non-Creme leyer)
